likely wo not be a permanant tree house. It is being built at the very top
of a 55 foot tall Pin Oak, with branches that spread out radially from the
trunk. 5 thin branches (1-1.5 in) will be the main support. It will be
built so that it rests on the branches, rather than being nailed into them
(they're too thin, anyway). It will probably last only 3 or so years before
growth begins to heavily affect it.
In other words, it is not
your everyday tree house.

would be surprised how many adults climb up to check it out. good luck

go to craigslist in your area and look in the materials section

for some one selling wood cheap or giving it away.
